Every UPSILION garment is a specialized archival piece, prepared and produced individually upon order confirmation. By operating a Made-to-Order model, we eliminate overproduction and prioritize resource integrity.

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or sizing error. Please email returns@upsilionlondon.com with your Order ID and an image of the garment.

Authorized returns must be in "Archival Condition"— unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.
